Booking must be attend with complete detail to avoid un-necessary correspondence such as : Arrival/ departure dates, flight details, number or persons involved and requested hotels.
TOUR FARES
- Price are quoted in USD or IDR per person based on sharing twin room
- Price are subject to change with or without prior notice.
- Price for children are 75% from adult’s half twin share.
TOUR FARES INCLUDED
Accommodation as mentioned on the hotel in the itinerary or similar or special at Local house or camping during trekking and adventures. Meals are specific in the pro
: B breakfast, L Lunch, D dinner, served at local restaurant, hotel and simple meals which provided by our local cook during trekking and adventure trip. All sightseeing tours as mentioned in the program include entrance fee.
Transportation for all transfer between airport or pier to hotels by AC Car or Non AC Bus, using boat and canoe for river transportation tours, English speaking guide, porters, etc.
TOUR FARES NOT INCLUDED
All air fares and airport tax except if mentioned on the itinerary, excess baggage charge, personal expenses, travel insurance, emergency flight, liquor and beverages, tipping, laundry, phone call, all as not mentioned in our detail itinerary.
PAYMENT
Deposit payment must be made in advance 30 days prior to the clients/ group arrival in Jayapura, and the full payment should be settle 2 weeks before arrive, by telegraphic transfer to Grand Irian account.
REFUND
After commencement to travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for the services included in the program which not utilized.
VALIDITY
- Tour Prices are valid until further notice.
FREE OF CHARGE
- Every paying 10 pax participants, we offer one FOC (Free of Charge)
LIABILITY
Although no efforts will spared to provided the requested services, Grand Irian Tours, acts only as agent for transportation company, hotels, transportation operators and all other contract and will be therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, change the schedules, or other irregularities caused of arising from circumstances beyond our control. Grand Irian also reserves the rights to change to itinerary with or without prior notice, if found in the best interest of all concerned.
ENTRY PERMIT
All foreigner who visit Papua need a copy of passport, and 2 pieces of photographs size 3 x 4 cm for Traveling permit formalities arrangements at the Police station in Jayapura. These all documents can be send to us by scan and email to our email address, soon or at least a week prior to your arrival in our region.
TREKKING EQUIPMENTS
For trekking and adventures trip, the participant are requested to bring : rain coat, sweater, hat, water canteen, sleeping bag, air mattress. Medicine against malaria, mosquito repellent and good walking shoes or rubber shoe for the low land trip and personal First Aid Kit’s.
